NOTE: This policy was written specifically for eBay auctions. However, it will also apply towards items on the web site.

All items on eBay and the web site now apply to the return policy. If you purchase an item from Nexus Anime that falls under this policy and it is defective, follow these steps:

• E-MAIL NEXUS ANIME: E-mail me and alert me of the situation. Tell me what is wrong with the product and please give me the auction URL. You can e-mail me at .
  
  
• RETURN THE ITEM TO ME: After receiving confirmation from me, return the item. I will review it and if I discover it is indeed defective in the ways described, I will issue a full refund, including shipping costs for the original auction and for returning it to me. I can do this either by money order or through PayPal.
  
  
• IF THE ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE: If the item is not defective in the ways described by the winner, then I will NOT issue a refund. Instead I will return the item and you will have to take it as is.
  
  
• WHAT IF I WON A LOT, BUT ONLY ONE OR A FEW ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE? If only one or more items out of a lot are defective, and you wish to keep the non-defective items, I will issue partial credit based on the final winning bid (i.e. I will divide the amount of items into the winning total to determine each item's equal worth). The defective item must be returned to me before a refund is issued.

  Example: If you win a lot of four comic books that cost only $1.00 but one is damaged and you wish to receive a refund for only that comic, you will receive .25 cents back. Shipping will not be included in the refund in this case.
  

• HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM? U.S. residents have 30 DAYS after I mail an item to return it. Canadian residents have 60 DAYS to return items after I mail it. I always e-mail winners informing them when I mail their items.
  
  
• WHAT IF I TRY TO RETURN THE ITEM BECAUSE OF DEFECTS ALREADY DESCRIBED? A lot of the stuff I sell on this site are second-hand. This is especially true for art books and doujinshi. I always mention whether an item is brand new or previously owned (except for cels, which should have come from the original animation companies) and I try to list every defect or problem I can find. If you buy an item and discover a defect that I missed then I'll be happy to issue a refund. If you buy an item and attempt to return it for a defect that was mentioned in its description, I will NOT issue a refund.
