Why don't you sell Son May or EverAnime CDs? Son May and EverAnime are bootleg CDs from Taiwan. While these are legal in that country, they are not here. Besides, selling bootleg copies of CDs available in Japan takes money away from the true owners. I rarely sell CDs, but when I do I do everything in my power to obtain legit copies from Japan (or the US releases).
I'm looking for a certain item. Can you get it? I can certainly try! Most of the items I sell are previously owned and often I can only get one copy of each, so I can't promise anything. However, you never know what I'll come across, so let me know and I'll be happy to try.
However, I will not get Harry Potter doujinshi for anybody. I DO come across it fairly often (especially recently) but Warner Bros. had a problem with me selling it and I actually had to go through some hoops to get my eBay account back up and running when I accidently relisted three. It isn't worth the hassle.
Can I write a check? No.
Please? I'm good for it! I'm sure you are. However, bad experiences with checks on eBay have soured me on accepting them (mostly because people simply did NOT want to read my e-mails explaining the clearing process of checks through my bank). That on top of the fact that I don't receive them that often, it's too time consuming and frustrating to keep track of. Any checks received will be returned.
What about cash? Sorry, no. The post office that handles my mail doesn't exactly hire the most honest people, and they seem to be good at finding cash. I absolutely will NOT be responsible for cash stolen in the mail and fully expect anyone to send cash anyway to still pay for their auction or item on the website if this happens.
It's just easier to use one of the two payment options I do accept, which brings us to...
What payment options DO you accept? In case you didn't see the "Payment Options" section above, I accept PayPal and money orders. About 99% of the people I sell to pay with PayPal and those who don't use money orders. For those who want to pay via check or cash, just get a money order. You can find them EVERYWHERE and it's much safer for both of us.
Do I need a confirmed address on my PayPal account to pay for items I'm buying from you? Certain high value auctions on eBay will specifically state that they require the buyer to have a confirmed address via PayPal if they pay that way. The reason for this is because I was burned on about $150 worth of comics a while back. Everything was in my favor when I disputed it and PayPal even awknowledged that they believed the buyer was lying, yet because I did not follow ONE step of their seller protection policy, I lost the dispute (that step being online tracking via delivery confirmation).
So on those high dollar items I require it for my protection. Also, if you buy a grand total of $40 worth of stuff (ebay and/or website), you are REQUIRED to have a verified address. I don't like putting this limitation on people but as I said PayPal won't protect me if the address isn't verified.

See what happens? One person just HAS to ruin it for everyone. ^^;
