Another cel I haven't ID'd yet, but with the clothes she's wearing, it should cut down the research time. I seem to have trouble finding decent Ling-Pha cels, but luckily this came into my possession. I would much prefer her to be in a more normal pose, but this one is centered with her eyes open and a decent head / body shot of her, so this works fine.

Considering the look on her face, I'm guessing Ling-Pha was either outsmarted, one of her plans backfired, or she's about to get crushed by something fairly large (like her balloon). ^__^ This is the part where I'm supposed to say some meaningful connection to the cel and why I bought it, but heck, it's Ling-Pha. I have no great connection with the character other than her comedy relief, and I bought it because it was a good price and looked nice.

Like I said, I'm not sure what episode it's from. I'm still looking for what I consider THE perfect Ling-Pha cel, though.
