I consider myself extremely lucky to get a Joann Woo cel. Fact is, I don't even recall ever seeing one before. I picked this up on eBay and man, I'm glad I did. I got it before the cels became really sought after, and had I waited I likely would never get one. Considering how few scenes Joann has and the fact she only appears in the OVA, she's pretty rare, especially one with the 'perfect conditions' this has. Centered, eyes open, just the right size for the body and head. I never realized how much I lucked out until now.

I really like Joann because of how tough she is. I wish she had more time than she did, or at least made an appearance in the TV show. She always seemed like a character who had some back story never told, so it's disappointing she played such a small role. This was always just one of those cels to fill the gap in the collection, but heck, I've come to realize how much I like it. This is one of my favorites, partly because of the rarity, partly because of the character.
