Ugh, this scan didn't come out right. I guess it looks okay, but the colors didn't show up as well as they look on the cel. For some reason that always happens with Jessie cels. O_o;;

Anyway, this is my second Jessie cel in my collection. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I couldn't help but keep this one. Jessie is just oozing with her usual attitude, and the look on her face basically sums up what she tends to think of competitors like Akari (in the early part of the show): if you aren't going to give 110%, then you don't belong here, and you don't deserve to compete against me.

This cel is perfect in that it says exactly who Jessie is and what she is about.

I'm still trying to find the episode for this cel, but it looks really familiar. I suspect it might be from the episode Jessie first challenges and humiliates Akari.
