Grr. This little punk made Akari cry. Ichimatsu, Itchan's little brother, only shows up in a handful of episodes, but in one of his early ones he gives Akari her first kiss, devastating her for life since her first kiss came from a twelve year old without her permission.

Anyway, Ichimatsu cels are pretty rare for the simple fact that he doesn't show up much at all in the series.
