Okay, that title would really only apply if this cel were of Pervert Grant from the OVA. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which series this is from. I'm guessing OVA simply because of his clothes, but I'm not positive.

This is probably as perfect as a Grant cel is going to get. It's totally centered, eyes opened, smiling, nice and big shot. This is no doubt 100% the best Grant cel I've seen, and I've had a few really good ones in my possession before. In my opinion, this is even better than those.

I have no clue what episode this is from and I can only suspect it's from the OVA.
