Silver Ayla. Y'know, she would be 100% boring if it weren't for her rivalry with Jessie. Actually, because of that rivalry a lot of her qualities that made me like her show up in the show. I always loved the parable of the Cold War between these two, but even more was there growing admiration and unsaid friendship.

Ayla was one of those characters I didn't care for much in the beginning of the series, but when her time to go arrived, I found myself disappointed. She played an important part of the series and of Jessie's development as a character, and she herself grew into something more than the cold nearly unstoppable Russian athlete.
