Despite the generally bad idea of the Cosmo Beauty outfit, I wanted a cel of Akari in it because, well, I'm a completist. Thing is, I could never find a cel I liked well enough. And finally I saw one on eBay that was perfect. Unfortunately, it was also about $75, which I did not have, and one of the members of the discussion list got it instead (lucky guy).

Fortunately I knew someone who had this cel and who was willing to part with it. While this isn't as good as the one I was gunning for, it's still a nice one. Akari is centered, opened eyes, and it's a nice side shot which still gets the Cosmo Beauty outfit in the scene.

I could easily identify the episode this is from, but right now I'm going to be lazy and put it off. I know it's from around episode 24 - 26, the final episode of the tournament storyline. I'm still on the look out for that perfect Cosmo Beauty cel, but this fills the gap in my collection nicely until I come across what I'm looking for.

Unfortunate Update: Unfortunately because of my ignorance I framed and hung some of my cels on the wall. A handful were over a light which resulted in various levels of fading on the black parts. This cel, fortunately, survived the brunt of the damage but still has some line fading (but it could have been much worse).
